Tuesday - Adelaide

Ok, the bug was confirmed as a cockroach. Urghh

This morning we made our way into town for a lovely cup of coffee, overlooking Victoria Square. Then off to Central Markets for some fresh veg and bread. Sarah and Dom made their way back home and I stayed in town. First job was to try and get some photos of the markets. I so love the way all the wares are displayed.

I had a good wander through the markets first, venturing into the Chinese area and the big food court. I even found somewhere that did vegan food! I'm still amused when I'm asked if I want ham in my cheese sandwich... Only in Australia! Then I set about my photography session. All the stallholders were happy for me to snap away. Here's a selection. I'm not sure that I've managed to capture the essence of the place. For one thing it was fairly quiet, which meant I could take pictures fairly easily but it doesn't convey the bustling busy-ness of say a Saturday.

Here's that six quid I owe you
Prawn in the USA?
Goat and mint sausages. You must be joking.

Sugar baby love

Flower power
Some fruit and veg
